Furthermore, “if the interested persons agree upon the text that we propose, we send a text of an agreement, which is obviously covered by NDA.” So the DNA is issued by LC, and whoever does not like the non-disclosure agreement, may go ahead and part ways with Rossi and E-cat fusion as such. “The agreement is deemed valid only after the payment of the license fee is done within the term agreed. If the payment is not done, the agreement expires…”
Thus we see that E-Cat fusion technology is now taking investments and the money exchange hands, where Rossi receives partners in virtually all parts of the world, and in exchange these partners are given license to sell E-Cats.
