Rossi Describes His Work As A Prototype Growing Up

Andrea Rossi made a very interesting statement about his work in response to a poster on his official blog Journal of Nuclear Physics. Ecco Liberation, a JONP poster and an e-cat follower, asked the Italian inventor about his e-cat LENR based invention. The question has something to do with the ongoing testing of the fusor units. The poster wanted to know if the process is for validation or for the sake of development.

Rossi replied: “…the tests are both validation and development tests: the two tasks intertwine between themselves, because during the tests we learn, react, modify. Again: this is not a product, is a prototype growing up.”

Apparently, the energy catalyzer requires further research and investigation in providing information regarding its potentials as a technology. The most important aspect to consider is its feasibility in the market. It is not a product, according to Rossi, simply because it is not ready to supply prospective customers and answer their various desires when it comes to the product’s possibilities. However, it is important not to mislead the e-cat followers here. It does not necessarily mean that Rossi us just building kits for demonstrations and studies. Instead, he is working on a couple different e-cat units that could provide positive results.

If we are going to look at the e-cat devices closely, we can see that they had been making marvelous achievements for only a short period of time. It can be recalled that Rossi revealed his LENR invention in January 2011. Today, he is currently working very hard on the manufacturing and selling of the e-cat units for industrial use. The domestic version, on the other, remains a challenge as it faces safety problems. The Hot Cat is the most important unit that Rossi wants to complete and succeed.

It becomes clear that Rossi is learning more and more about his technology. At the same time, he is pushing for a high temperature reactor that could generate electricity. As a matter of fact, he has achieved the new Hot Cat design that fixed the problem related to measurements: among the most debated features of the e-cat unit.

Despite the challenges and his hectic schedule, it is interesting to note that Rossi continues to give updates on the progress he is making through the e-cat website JONP. This information is very important to people and e-cat enthusiasts that are eager to know the development of the e-cats.
